Our healthy and tasty cuisine proposes not only the typical Ogliastrine dishes, but also dishes based on fish from our coasts as well as the traditional Italian dishes.
Some of our specialities are: ‘culurgiones’ (home-made ravioli of pasta, filled with potatoes, cheese and mint), ‘su porceddu’ (roast piglet), sausage of pork prepared by our chef, as well as ‘sa cordula’ or kid with wild fennel. Not to forget our soups: Chick peas soup with wild boar’s head, a soup of beans and pigskin, soups of fresh vegetables from our garden, lentil soup or a fabulous fish soup ordered in advance. Last not least our desserts such as the home-made ice cream or our ‘biscotti alla crema’ (cream trifle).
House wines or bottled wines, local or Italian, especially the ‘Cannonau’, accompany each meal perfectly.
For breakfast we like to molly-coddle our guests serving an inviting and rich buffet with treats and delicious food. A must are our home-made specialities: tiny little cream puffs, crêpes filled with various kinds of marmalade, yogurt au nature and an exquisite hot chocolate.
