Free Climbing

Climbers consider the Ogliastra region one of the most beautiful territories in Sardinia where to practise free-climbing.

As a matter of fact, the “Aguglia” of Baunei has become the Sardinian climbing symbol, together with the “Tacchi” and the calcarean shields of Jerzu, Ulassai and Osini, or the cliffs of the Gallic village of Baunei, the dizzy walls of Punta Giradili: itineraries able to satisfy the most demanding climber, in every season and meteorological condition, in uncontaminated landscape contexts.
